Studio Kajo

Studio for Creative Expression & Personal Development

A space to explore your impulses, discover yourself, and consciously shape your future

Welcome to Studio Kajo!

“Kajo” in Finnish refers to the gentle, warm glow on the horizon – a delicate light that heralds the day and brings hope, calm, and new possibilities. It symbolizes how change begins quietly and gradually unfolds.

For me, Kajo represents mindful guidance, space for personal growth, and the nurturing of inner radiance.

I accompany people through various life phases with an individual and mindful approach - using art therapy and biographical coaching rooted in anthroposophic insights. Whether facing change, seeking new direction, or navigating particular challenges, I support you with an open perspective and attentive presence on your journey towards inner strength and personal development.

Sessions can be held in German, English, or Dutch — either on-site or online.

Mission

I approach every person with the conviction that personal growth is always possible—and that change occurs when we are ready to give it space.
I see each individual as a whole: body, mind, and soul, interconnected and influencing one another.
With this perspective, I accompany you mindfully—attentive to what is present in the moment, and aware of what can unfold from it.

Topics may include, for example:

  • Explore new directions during challenging life situations

  • Reflect consciously on your life path and clarify your current position

  • Let go of what no longer serves you and make space for new experiences

  • Develop a creative and mindful way of relating to yourself and your surroundings

  • Discover or rediscover your personal strengths and resources

  • Cultivate a hopeful perspective for a fulfilling and joyful approach to aging

Personalised Support

Every question or concern is unique, which is why I tailor my support individually. In an initial introductory conversation, we explore together whether art-based work or biographical coaching is better suited to your needs.

I often combine elements of both approaches, adapted to your personal preferences and interests. Where appropriate, this can also include body-focused exercises and Qigong, creating a holistic process.

Sometimes all it takes is the first step to start changing.

Biographical Coaching

Through biographical work, you can gain a clearer understanding of a specific concern by looking back over your life. At the same time, reflecting on your past offers the opportunity to shape your future more consciously and explore new perspectives for your life.

Personal Experiences:

Emma, 26 Jahre

"I was referred to Svenja by a friend when I was facing a major life change and a very difficult decision. During this challenging time, Svenja supported and strengthened me with great empathy. Together, we worked especially on building my confidence. The creative approach of art therapy was exactly what I needed in that situation.
I felt very comfortable and understood with Svenja and was able to open up to her easily.
I am very grateful for the inspiring sessions and can wholeheartedly recommend Svenja."

Uta, 64 Jahre

"The coaching touched and moved me deeply. I reflected on it for a long time afterwards and feel that something has shifted within me: a sense of acceptance and gratitude for what has been, and a joy for what is yet to come.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Svenja, especially to those who wish to give themselves a fresh, clear, and loving perspective on their life and future through openness, mindfulness, and honest self-reflection."

Heleen, 59 Jahre

"Together with my husband, we attended Svenja’s workshop 'Tijd voor vitaliteit'. Svenja is a warm, spontaneous, and positive person. The workshop was relaxing, and through the activities, we discovered our own creativity. It was a pleasant way to let go and be fully present in the moment."
